A mysterious eccentric and hard to pin historian who seems to fancy himself as some kind of superstar (which on at least one planet he actually is). Yet he is considered of the criminal element among many worlds and time periods for his tendency to pull pranks and go where he is isn't invited, do dealings with nearly anyone regardless of their reputation, and in general turn a blind eye to the law (in particular refusing to abide by any systems that inconvenience him). A notable addition among secretive government files as an inexplicable alien tourist (particularly places like present day earth, where he is a likely target of 'men in black' style organizations). There are records of his appearance all across the universe from a myriad of times periods, but if any of these recollections actually refer to him is up to debate: any information one can find is likely to be far from informative and creating more questions than answers.

That being said, he likes to hire independent parties under the table to collect and erase such information (as well as gather him documents and artifacts in general). Is more prone to dealing in goods and information in turn than any form of actual currency, although he seems plenty able to provide for those disinterested in anything else. Is 'old-fashioned' in some ways and doesn't like to leave too much of a trail, particularly not digital tracks.

Is rather good at identifying artifacts down to specific planetary origins, the era it was made in, and even if it comes from another dimension or reality should it be a particularly out of place item. A rarely required expert and one very hard to get in touch with, but one of very few with such remarkable expertise.

> A rather soft and chubby man of indistinct middle age and colorful attire, dirty golden blond hair styled into a playful pompadour and thick eyebrows quirked over ever present eyewear. It was typical to find him in vests and Aloha shirts of vibrant tones and ridiculous prints, comfortable track pants and bare feet completing ensemble alongside messenger bag and some kind of tech sleeve on right arm. The other arm showcased tattoos of complex geometric design, the circles and lines linking them suggesting abstract pathways. It was rare for cheeky grin to ever leave rounded features and rarer yet for him to ever show his eyes, sunglasses alternating as frequently as the patterns on his clothing. It was quite often an instrument could be found in his hands and a melody in his throat, fingers busy playing as often as they were recording.
